Founder and CEO Yovanka Loria has been living and breathing all things hair since early childhood, building a career across Adelaide, Melbourne, Los Angeles, and New York, before opening her flagship salon in 2017. Through recognising a gap in the Australian market for Hand-Tied Weft Hair Extensions, accompanied by extensive trial and error and thorough research, Yovanka Loria Extensions was born. Joining forces with her husband Vlad, the business quickly expanded, focusing on innovation, and empowering the hairdressing community by offering guidance and support to stylists and salon owners to achieve the same success for their clients.

Yovanka Loria Extensions was established in 2017 by Yovanka, who was frustrated with the overflow of low-quality, short-lived and damaging hair extensions available in the market. Yovanka was the first to launch Australia’s first exclusive line of Hand-Tied Extensions, and her award-winning range has since gained national and international acclaim. This business recognition has positioned her as a leading industry figure and earned her the SA Woman’s “The Innovator Award” alongside an AFHA finalist nomination.
