Your journey starts with a step-by-step online pre-training to build a strong technical foundation of the YL Hidden Bead Method through guided modules and mentorship. You’ll be paired with a YL educator who will provide personalised feedback and guidance.
Then, in person, you'll bring it all together - working hands-on to master our method and signature Micro-Tied Wefts and elevate your results to a luxury standard.

Yes! Due to the nature of our custom colouring and application methods, our Education Courses require stylists to be qualified or at minimum a 4th year apprentice.
Our In-Salon Education includes a 6-week online pre-training component, followed by a full day of intensive, hands-on training with a YL Educator.
We also offer flexible online training packages, allowing stylists to learn at their own pace, with the option to upgrade to an in-person session for a more immersive experience.

We're committed to your long-term success beyond the training day. With our In-Salon Education Package, you'll receive a 6-month follow-up check in with the YL Education team for advice, support and guidance as well as access to exclusive digital resources, including training videos, marketing tools and ongoing updates.
